I stumbled on this, not sure where, but it seems quite fun. So I thought I would give it a try. This will be my first time submitting anything to the Trifecta writing challenge
This week of the challenge wants everyone to use a justified exclamation point, meaning they want us to make them believe that it belongs in the story, that it wouldn’t be the same without it. Also this must be done so in exactly 33 words. I wrote a very short story for this and hope that people enjoy it. It is posted below.
Lovely day for a park stroll, sun shining, hands held, all of a sudden he turns to her and says “Will you?” Single tear followed by “Yes!” hugs, kisses, love begins life together.
glad you found the challenge. Welcome. 🙂

I am horrible usually at short stories, but this one was so short I think I managed to pull it off. 😛

Thank you, it’s funny I never got a proposal before I got married, maybe this was how I wished it had happened. Thanks for reading it 🙂

That’s very sweet. And an excellent reason for an exclamation point.

Thanks for linking up and welcome to the challenge! It’s always great getting new writers on board. This is a lovely first piece and you certainly justified the use of the exclamation mark. Please come back for our longer weekday challenge too.
